# Webinar: IT as a Service Provider

### How internal IT can drive dynamic change and transform business outcomes

Business users will **divert most of their IT budgets to external cloud providers** if they perceive that their IT organization is not providing the services that they require. With the increasing adoption of cloud computing, Gartner has predicted that "*the role of the IT organization is to be the value-added enabler for the most effective and efficient use of services across the enterprise.*"[1]

Internal IT is increasingly transforming into the role of a service provider for driving the consumption of internal and external services in the enterprise. This webinar will show how you how to take responsibility for service delivery and service levels metrics in a hybrid IT environment.

 **You’ll learn how to:**

- Manage infrastructure and applications across business units, locations and teams in a dynamic business environment
- Provide a self-service experience so that each business unit gets its own view for their IT elements
- Enable customization of services to meet the different requirements of business units across the enterprise
